The Big Day
Here's a rough guide to how our day will unfold. Times are approximate - we'd rather enjoy every moment than watch the clock - so sit back, relax, and let the day carry you.
12:00 pm
Guests Arrive
Welcome to Ettington Park. Please make your way to reception where a member of the staff will greet and direct you.
1:00 pm
The Ceremony
Sam & Natasha exchange their vows in the Orangery. Please be seated by 12:50 pm. Tissues optional but encouraged.
1:30 pm
Drinks Reception
Prosecco, bottled beers, and soft drinks served in the gardens. The perfect moment to mingle and take in the grounds while Sam & Natasha take a private moment to celebrate.
3:00 pm
Movement of guests
Guests are encouraged to make their way into the Hathaway suite, where the new married couple will be announced.
3:30 pm
Wedding Breakfast
A three-course meal will be served. Speeches from the maid of honour, the groom, and the best man will take place before the meal.
6:00 pm
Turnaround time
Following the meal tea and coffee will be served while the evening reception is prepared. Some fun activities will be taking place during this!
7:00 pm
Evening Guests Arrive
A warm welcome to our evening guests. Drinks will be served in the bar area as we prepare to dance the night away.
7:40 pm
Cake cutting & first dance
Our cake cutting and first dance opens the evening, followed by a DJ set.
9:30 pm
Evening buffet
The evening pizza buffet along with cake will be served.
12:00 am
Last Orders & Close
The bar closes at midnight. Thank you for celebrating with us.
